2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
3. Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of the articles and other content you publish. By posting content, you grant Tampin.com a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it on the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and must have the right to share it.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or obscene.
- Plagiarize or infringe on the intellectual property of others.
- Publish spam, misleading, or deceptive content.
- Artificially inflate views, points, or engagement through bots, automated scripts, or paid-traffic schemes.
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service.
Violations may result in content removal, forfeiture of points, or account suspension.
5. Points and Rewards
Points are earned only for valid views from genuine, unique readers. Tampin.com determines what constitutes a valid view and reserves the right to adjust point rates, which are currently 1,000 valid views = 20 points. Points hold no cash value except through the official withdrawal process described on our Rewards page.
6. Withdrawals
You may request a withdrawal once your balance reaches the minimum of 2,000 points. All withdrawals are subject to fraud review before payout. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse points obtained in violation of these terms.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time. Points earned through prohibited activity are forfeited upon termination.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tampin.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
